This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the OpenDPP website and platform at opendpp-node.eu and its subdomains (the "Service") use, why, and how you control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how Opendpp UAB, company code 308017314, registered office Švitrigailos g. 11K-109, LT-03223 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Opendpp", "we") processes personal data as controller. 1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies (local storage, tracking pixels, tags) serve the same purposes and are covered by this Policy under the same word. Cookies are either strictly necessary — the Service cannot work without them and no consent is needed (ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3)) — or optional, which we set only after you have consented.

3. Optional cookies (only with your consent)
Our cookie banner is first-party: it is served from our own infrastructure, sends nothing to a third party, and holds every optional script inert until you grant its category. Before you decide, Google's Consent Mode is set to "denied" for every purpose, so no analytics or marketing tag runs and no cookie below is written. Optional cookies are used on our marketing website and public passport pages; the signed-in client portal loads none of them.

Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies; it is the container that loads the tags above and below and receives your consent state through Google Consent Mode.

4. Your choices
- Deciding: when you first visit, the banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Manage preferences (per category). Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the page remains fully usable while you decide.
- Changing or withdrawing: open Cookie settings in the page footer at any time to change your choice; the change applies immediately to what we set from then on. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
- Deleting: clearing the
opendpp_consentcookie in your browser brings the banner back on your next visit; clearing the third-party cookies listed above removes them. - Browser controls: every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary ones prevents signing in.
5. Changes
We update this Policy when the cookies we use change; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes to the optional cookies also re-prompt the banner. Questions: info@opendpp-node.eu.
